Sally has plaits that form the top of her arms and legs. They are made using tubes of fabric joined at the top, then plaited and joined to the hand or boot. The arms are attached to the body at the shoulders using a button, and buttons are also used to decorate the hand and boot joins. Sally's wide eyed face is hand drawn using fine pen and pencil work, and her hair is a fun mix of fabric rouleau (more tubes only thinner) and fabulous boucle' yarn. She wears lace trimmed bloomers under a lace trimmed skirt dress which is stitched to the body. Sally is 54cm (21in).

Franny is a fun loving raggy all dressed up to play with her special friend Pocket Little. Her head is made and sewn on separately, and her face is hand drawn and coloured using fine pen and delicate pencil work. Her arms and legs are also made separately and are jointed. Franny’s swing dress has a back opening tied with ribbon, and gathered sleeves with contrast cuffs. Her smock sits over the top and is buttoned at the shoulders. It has a large front pocket where her little playmate lives. She wears pantaloons underneath. Her hair is made of yarn and is cut into a bob and tied up in a little bunch on top. Pocket Little has her hair tied in a big bunch on top. Her head, body and arms are all in one piece with stitching at the joints to allow movement. She wears a little dress gathered around the neck with ribbon ties, and matching shorts underneath. Franny is 46cm (18in) and Pocket Little is 12cm (4½in).

Lucy is a lively and  bright eyed cloth doll, with a hand drawn and coloured face and cheeky pigtails tied up with ribbons. She wears gathered bloomers under a lace trimmed petticoat, with a waisted pinny on top with buttoned straps. Her little blouse has gathered set in sleeves and is done up at the back with snap fasteners. Her arms and legs are stitch  jointed at the shoulder, elbow, thigh  and knee. Lucy has her own little quilt to cuddle which is made in coordinating colours in simple strip piecing patchwork. Lucy is 46cm (18in).

Her arms are stitch jointed at the shoulder and elbow and trimmed here with buttons. The upper arms are made from the same fabric as the body, to look like sleeves. She has stitched in boots again trimmed with buttons, and her legs are made from coordinating fabric and are stitch jointed at the top and the knees. Charlotte is 53cm (21in).

I have designed this raggy for my very special little friend Meranda. She has Meranda’s large deep brown eyes, beautiful curly black hair and gently pointed chin. The face is hand drawn and has a little needlesculpting to give dimension and accentuate those dimples. She has sewn joints at the elbows and knees, and stitched fingers. She is wearing her puffed sleeve and broderie lace trimmed party dress, with gathered skirt, ribbon sash and bias edging and of course has gathered bloomers underneath. She has on her best patent shiny shoes and lace trimmed socks. Meranda's doll is 21in (53 cm).

Penelope is a 61 cm (24in) traditional style cloth raggy. Her face has some optional simple needlesculpture and is hand-drawn and shaded using fine pen and pencil. She has yarn hair cut into a bob and tied up with a rouleau tie. She has basic machine jointing, stitched fingers, and sewn in boots decorated with buttons. She wears bloomers, and a removable dress with back bodice opening, gathered skirt and sleeves. Her sleeveless pinny also has a gathered skirt, and a curved neck bodice with front button trim and back opening tied with rouleau.

Molly is a 21in ( 53cm ) raggy with a wide-eyed inquisitive expression hand-drawn using fine pen and coloured pencil. Her rosy round cheeks and cheeky smile have been accentuated with some basic needlesculpting. Her hair is made from yarn bunches secured to the head with ribbon ties. Her knees and elbows are formed with buttons. She wears gathered bloomers, and a curved waist dress buttoned on the back yoke, with gathered sleeves and lace neck trim.

Beth is a 61cm (24in) cloth doll with a hand-drawn face and yarn hair plaited around the face. She wears lace trimmed pantaloons, a gathered skirt, and a smock buttoned down the back with a curved yoke and gathered sleeves. Her sewn in boots are trimmed with fabric ties and Suffolk Puffs.

Kate is a 56 cm (22in) rag doll with yarn hair and hand-drawn face. Her head and arms are made separately and sewn onto the body. She has stitched knee and elbow joints and wired fingers. She wears lace-trimmed pants and a collared blouse, with puffed sleeves and a buttoned opening down the back. Her lace trimmed pinny also buttons down the back and has straps that cross over and button onto the bib at the front. She has ribbon ties at her ankles, around the gathers of her sleeves and in her hair.

Alice is a 58cm (23in) traditional style cloth doll with a hand-drawn face, coloured with Prismacolour pencils. Her hair is made out of Loopies doll hair and is tied back under a gathered bonnet with ribbon ties. She has stitched knee and elbow joints, and stitched fingers with a separate thumb. She wears lace trimmed pantaloons, and a dress with gathered skirt and sleeves, buttoned at the back and also trimmed with lace. Her shoes are sewn in and are decorated with ribbons.

Beatrix is a rag doll to love and to keep with her own little raggy Baby Bea. Both have instructions for their hand-drawn faces, using pen and pencil, Beatrix's with a little optional needle sculpting. Beatrix's muslin and lace dress is removable as is her pretty pinafore.She also wears muslin and lace bloomers and has sewn in booties decorated with yoyos.
